So far to attack the fat was used in technologies that somehow produce immediate heat and destruction of fat cells linked with liver problems. But now, with this modern and unique technology, the fat is attacked, in a planned and selective way from the cold.
But let’s see step by step what is happening and why Cryolipolysis does not give immediate results but over time:
STEP 1: Aspiration – Thanks to a powerful and effective vacuum apparatus of which the handpiece is equipped, is sucked skin, subcutaneous tissue, and adipose tissue that are subjected to a low temperature (down to -5 ° C). Because the vacuum is important because this aspiration allows a selective cooling of the fat.
STEP 2: Crystallization – The fat thus cooled undergoes a crystallization of its lipids, and this crystallization mechanically damages the fat cells that go on to have a selective death.
STEP 3: Apoptosis – programmed cell death. By histological analyzes of same different clients treated by Cryolipolysis has highlighted that:
– After 3 days of treatment: the appearance of the enzyme caspase – 3, which is the first enzyme that is involved when there are tissues that undergo necrosis (death)
– After 7 days from the treatment: the membranes of the adipocytes become increasingly dissimilar because in extreme suffering
– After 14 days of treatment: the appearance of macrophages, the scavengers that intervene when the organism in tissue necrosis, and which must therefore be eliminated
– After 90 days from the treatment: the complete absence of macrophages, recovery to normal tissue, but with a number of adipocytes and of reduced thickness.
